Could anyone please help me? I have been running a My cloud for about 1 year now. Everything was fine with it until I changed to a new Macbook Pro. Before I sold my old mac I made sure I could access everything on both devices. However, when I erased my old Mac I started having trouble accessing any files through any device, even on the iphone app.
The folders are there but none of them has any content. The data is still on the cloud somewhere as it shows via the browser dashboard under ‘Other’. I have tried to access it in every way I know but it only shows the folders and no file content.
The only other thing I did which may have changed something was download the WD sync app and start syncing. This was not successful though as my internet is not very fast. So I had to give up as there is 620GB of data. Could this be the problem?
I have emailed support but they do not have the answer.
Does anyone have any ideas, or has anyone had the same problem??

If you try to access the data on finder, do you get any errors? Also try to see if the dashboard shows that the space is being used.
Hi. There are no errors in finder. It goes to the folders which are there. But there is no content in each folder.
Also on the dashboard is says the space is being used. But under Other and not where it should be.
