Hi,
when i start my WD My Cloud 4To, the led (in front of) is flashing blue then after about 40seconds the led is flashing red. (it worked well during several years)
I tried the reset button (located at the back of the box) by pressing severals seconds, but il doesn’t work.
I can not see the drive with my PC.
My internet connexion is working well.
Can You help me Please.

quand j’allume mon disque WD My Cloud 4To, la led située sur le devant de l’appareil clignote en bleu et après environ 40 secondes, la led clignote rouge.
(Mon disque a marché correctement durant plusieurs années)
J’ai essayé de réinitialisé en appuyant sur le bouton Reset situé derrière, mais cela ne fait rien. La led continue toujours à clignoter en rouge.
Je n’arrive plus à avoir accès au disque…
Ma connexion internet fonctionne bien.
