Help my book world white data

Hi

Hope someone can help.

I have a WD MyBook World White drive.

I can see the drive on my network under the name I gave it originally, I can use the discovery tool to see the hard drive - but I can’t see any of my data from anywhere (windows or Mac).

If I try and click on the drive from windows, it says the “network name cannot be found” and from a MAC, it said connection failed.

Please help as I have loads of stuff on it I need!!!

You are seeing the icon for the old session. Try to reset the My Book and the router and try again to map it.
