My Passport Elite Says Disk is Full for No Reason!

I wanted to backup my harddrive on my laptop so I connected the Passport Elite and when I click on the backup button nothing happens but there is a caution (yellow triangle with a exclamation mark) sign and underneath it says disk is full.

BUT IT IS NOT FULL! On the bottom of the page it says 453.3 GB Free!!

I have updated the firmware and it’s still the same.

What do I do?

Reading your message, same thing happened to me.  I’ve applied the update on firmware and software, but no resolution to the problem.  Help!
