Hi, I have 600 movies on my Hub and I am connecting it thru wireless adaptor. So to work with different templates and Movie sheets it will take lot of time to generate the movie sheets etc. on the hub.
So, I wrote a bat to get all the files in to a text file (when I ran this on the Hub, it generated all file list in a text file…all xml, .movies, .tgmd, .jpgs etc). So in my laptop I used another Bat utility to create all these files from the text content. So In my laptop, i have all the files (0 byte files with the same name and extension as on Hub). My plan is to generate different movie sheets, sparesheets, thumbs etc from the local copy using ThumbGen and then move these generated files to HUB to save time. But ThumbGen is failing when i try to generate moviesheets or any other files using the thumgen on the local files (0 byte files).
Could you please let me know if Thumbgen can not create moviesheets out of 0 byte movie files. I got this Idea after seeing the Test Folders that Theme creators provides in the Themes, where the movie is 0 bytes or dummy. Should I need any specific file (other than the original movie file) to generate these information thru ThumbGen(?)
I know I am not sounding clear, please let me know if you need more information to answer this? Thanks!
