I’ve seen some posts that customer service has sent them instructions on how to roll back to pre-version 4 FW. Since a quick restore didn’t solve the performance issues with the FW, I’d like to roll back before I load it up with media again. Frankly, this product **bleep** buttermilk. I’ve just started to try and download files and it fails every time and then I can’t even view/access the files I tried to download (1003 error everytime after trying to download). WD, what is your problem? Synology is more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
