How do I transfer data from EX2 to New EX2 Ultra

I upgraded from a EX2 4 TB to a New EX2 Ultra 12 TB.
1.) How do I transfer data from my EX2 to EX2 Ultra?
2.) I would like to use the EX2 as my Time Machine backup drive only, is that possible?

This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay My Cloud line of devices. For the single bay My Cloud line one could use Rsync or similar SSH command to have the My Cloud OS/firmware copy files/data from one My Cloud to another over the local LAN. Or one could attach a USB hard drive to the single bay My Cloud USB port, copy the data (again using SSH) to that external USB drive then move that drive to another My Cloud device that has a USB port to copy the data from the external drive to that My Cloud device (again using SSH).
