How the **** am i suppose to reach WD Support?

Hi there,

A week ago i mailed a request to remove an RMA ( because the link in the email doesn’t work ) and i tried calling on every number stated on the website, although none of them are in use. All i want is my freaking RMA to be removed, because i did them on a wrong account, does it have to take weeks for me to get an answer from Western Digital ? I had a good experience in using products of WD, but their lack of service makes me never wanna buy a WD item ever again.

If you created an standard RMA, after the 30 will expire automatically.
