how can i to get to the dashboard i have tried to download and i dont get the dashboard- i have tried to do a wd quick view set up for windows a repair that i downloaded but that is not working i can not select complete set up…help
If you know the IP address , you can just type that into a web browser.
If you don’t know the IP , download WD QuickView and it will let you select the device and there is a menu option to open a web browser and goto the dashboard from there.

Has nothing to do with the MyCoud web site. Use the web browser you want and instead of any web adress put the IP of your NAS in the input line. This should work if you use the correct IP.
Before asking and waiting for an answer here - why don’t you test it by yourselfe? Would take you a few seconds and you would know immediately if it works
