How to remove an EX2Ultra from WD My Cloud account?

Hello, all!

First post here and thank you very much for your help in advance. Some time ago, I bought a MyCloudEX2Ultra and connected it to my WD My Cloud account. Sadly, the EX2Ultra was broken and I had to switch it for a new one. So, I sent it back and got a new one in return. I also registered the new EX2Ultra to my WD My Cloud account.
Now, I have two EX2Ultras connected to my account (see image), but one of them is long gone (labeled “offline” in image) and I cannot manage to get rid of it from my account. I did a couple of online searches for a solution to this problem, but could not find anything useful.

Can somebody point me to the menu where I can remove the old/broken EX2Ultra?
