How to save pictures from mycloud to my iphone using mycloud mobile app?

hi,

i couldn’t figure out how to download pictures stored in mycloud hdd to my iphone.  when i hit the download in the mycloud app, pictures stay there.  i want to be able to access pictures from the iphone native photo album app so i can attach in imessage and other ios7 functions.

Try the WD photo app. You can add a photo to a camera roll and that is shown in The iOS photo app. Only jpg photos however.

thank you.  i discovered the wd photo app and tried it out.

however, this app will not recognize the picture files in the usb hdd that is connected to mycloud usb port.

i can see the usb hdd in the my cloud app, my macbook, web base dashboard.

is this normal?

Yep, the Photos app only sees the default public share.
