I cannot access the share folder

i cannot access the share folder when the users belong to a domian and in the same time thier is sharefolder out of domain and in the same network and can access it but when access my cloud ex4 i found the cannot access and need a perrrmission ,

Have you tried using the My Cloud app since they are not within the same domain? Enable the remote access to see if you can do it that way.
