I cannot see more that 800 users (import from ad)

Hi,
i have 2 mycloud ex4 in mirror, and i connect the AD. I have 812 users (a lot are not really users).

Well i can see only 800 user not all (is a limit ?) there are news about this limit?
or
i can choice one or more OU for not synchronize all AD?

The My Cloud product line is designed to import all Active Directory users up to 800, and groups up to 200.

Is there any way to limit the device to only load a specific OU so that the limit is not reached?
Our domain is global with hundreds of thousands of users & groups.
