I have read through the numerous work around for this problem. I have the latest OS3 firmware and I’m running Windows 10.
What I’ve tried:
Tried all tree of the main browsers,
soft 4sec reset,
power off unplugged for 30mins,
power off re-seated all drives,
forced browser refresh rates.
I’m imaging all the drives to an external in anticipation that I ill need to do a 40sec hard factory reset. Any help would be very helpful as I feel I’m at my wits end. I have lost considerable productivity due to this. A solution from WD would be of great help. Thank you.
