I can't get into my cloud

I have a problem connecting with my cloud, if I try to log in with my account through the internet page remotely everything works, but as soon as I use the software Wd my cloud vers. 1.0.7.17, the software finds the device but as soon as I connect, the account is deleted, but the software remains open. regard alex

The My Cloud Desktop program has been End of Life since 2016. Recent firmware updates, last year, have broken that software’s functionality. WD discontinued that software and now wants people to use the MyCloud.com web portal or the My Cloud mobile apps for iOS and Android when it comes to accessing one’s My Cloud remotely.
