I have a My Cloud Drive that has had Support Discontinued and I want to transfer files

I have a My Cloud unit that was discontinued, and I cannot get support for and all I want to do is transfer files from it to my My Cloud EX2Ultra. Can someone help me with this?

What Device do you own that you want to transfer files from? Have you tried drag and drop?

I have an old 1st generation single bay WDMYCLOUD, no longer supported but used on my home network. I can drag and drop the files to my 2nd generation WDMYCLOUD.
