I need help with my WD My Cloud 2TB

I’ve bought my WD cloud a few months ago in a pc fair. It had caused a few networking issues at the start but the issues were fixed afterwards but i rarely use it. today when i powered on my pc and tried connecting to th cloud, i keep getting error mesages. i also tried going on to the dashboard and i couldnt connect to it

even before this incident, i could not change anything on the dashboard because after changing something, the saving of the new information seem to just load forever. i’ve tried leaving it on for an hour and it did not finish loading yet.

I would really appreciate some help soon because there are some files that i need inside the My Cloud

What are the errors that you are getting and what do you do to get them?

Some more information might be useful too.

Are you using windows ? What version ?

And can you see your “My Cloud” on your “Network”  ?  If your on windows try “Windows Explorer” then scroll the left hand pane look for “Networks” and click on it.
