hello all
I just rma my wd blue 1 tb and they sent me a 2 tb black back. I have tried everything to get my pc to recognize it and it wont. I’m on windows 10 
. any ideas. now its showing up with a red down arrow saying disk 0 not initized
Because the hard drive has no partition table or file system. Initialize the hard drive as GPT and proceed to format it as NTFS.
after trying multible things from diskpart to the data lifeguard app wich would not recognize it the tech rendered the drive DOA
