I have been using this wd my home cloud over a year now with my laptop.
i login with wd discovery account and it automatically mapped itself as a drive letter “z”
but I was unable to login with my friend’s laptop with the same account, I thought
it is an operating issue but we both are using windows 10 pro with licenses.
every time I tried to log in with his laptop it keeps say “Login Services Unavailable”
I thought maybe his laptop must have some kind of an error so I went to my sister’s
laptop and the same error occurred. so I reinstalled new clean windows 10 on her laptop
but with no luck, the error is still there.
is there way to fix this problem, I’m having bad days in this month
