Installing apps

Hi,

I have a brand new my cloud ex2 ultra
When I want to install apps such as flexmediaserver (and the other apps from the list)
The progress bar stays at “initialisation 0%”,the only thing I can do then is close this screen.
I dl the flexmediaserver file to install it manually with a similar result.
There are also other function that does not work such as “restart”
I got the message that it is restarting but it does not restart at all.

There are 2 speed/self test for the drives,when I do these test I receive
on both test that both drives 1 and 2 does not work.
The drives are working fine,i can copy data to these drives and use the files on the network.

I tried to install the apps on different pc’s and with different browsers

Any hints?

This stupid thing is driving me crazy

Neither any of the system restore/repair does work.
When i select one of the restore/repair actions.
I get a follow up screen but thats it,the unit does not respond any further,the progress bar stays at 0%,…
What a piece of ■■■■ !

Don’t ask me how but it came alive,so far everything seems to work now
