Hello, I bought a mybook duo, which is a USB attached storage device with two 4tb disk drives in it. I later realized that I wanted NAS, so I bought an empty mycloud ex2. I moved the disk drives into the ex2. Now I’m stumped as to how I can access my data. When I go into the raid format, the selection tells me that I’ll lose my data. I’m sure I was running the old drives as raid 0, so I was hoping this would boot up and start running the same way. Any ideas?

The RAID roaming functionality that allows the option to replace, move, or swap hard disks from device to another is only possible from one My Cloud to another My Cloud device without data loss.
