Internal hard drive is disconnected

When starting my live hub, I can hear the hard drive and then some beeping.  After loading, the screen says “internal hard dirve is idisconnected”.  I have not moved the box since I got it.  Is there any way to fix the box or at least acess the files stored on it?

There are several things you can try, but those who will advise you will want to know some stuff.

Is your Hub still in warranty?

What firmware version is installed?

How good are you with tools? :slight_smile:

i’m pretty good with a hammer… what " tools" are you referring to ?
