When I go to move a file, that is within the internal hard drive, there are several selections titled “found.” which I have to scroll through to get to where I want to go. Files titled “found.001” and “found.002”, what exactly do they represent (and is there a way to get rid of them)?

Can you explain a little more about your issue? are you talking about a WD TV Live Hub? or another WD TV?

There is no internal hard drive. Is this a USB drive you’re talking about?
