I was browsing shares fine… Windows account was called “Chris & Jess”. It took the username/password fine. After some browsing and trying to add the share under the media library, it popped up the dialog for username/password again and it reformatted the username to something sloppy. I re-entered it normally and it said invalid username or password.
I’ve tried renaming the user account to a very basic username like “user” and a very basic password. I even tried removing the password. I’ve factory reset the device. I’ve rebooted everything.
I uninstalled Live Essentials (was only using Live Mesh) but I don’t have Live ID Login Assistant. (got this idea from an older thread)
I don’t know what else to do. Sharing is setup the same on my folders as it was when shares were working fine.
