We have a WD TV Live Hub that works with WD Photos, and a My Book Live that also works with WD Photos.
I have similar problems with you.
Althoug WD photo & WD 2go for android work perfectly, WD photo & WD 2go for iphone do not work-no device found.
But Twonsky for iphone does work.
These problem might start activation code step. Although HTC inspire found its activation code of MyBookLive immediately, there was no response in a case of iphone.
Did you generate a DAC for each app on each device? You would need a total of four DACs for both devices.
If the DACs on the iPhone didn’t take, try regenerating them. If they still aren’t attaching please create a support ticket:
Does DAC mean “Device Activation Code”? If so, I tried more than 10 times to generate activatino code for iphone.
In a case of HTC inspire - android phone, it did repsond immediatly when activation code. I tried 3~ 4 times.
Anyway I’ll try to use supporting website to solve this problem.
