After watching a video, is there a way to delete the file? I mean right on that screen list, perhaps hit OPTION button and do a delete?
I dont feel like going back few menus and go somewhere to delete the file.

If you want, you can submit this suggestion in the ideas forum and hope that enough people vote for it so that the WD engineers might add that feature.
As pointed by Scandy, your post sounds more like a good Feature Request; best placed in the Ideas Exchange section. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it and will allow more users to support your idea.
However, I would first search and make sure that there are no other active Feature Requests suggesting the same or similar improvements. If there is, then you could add your post and vote on it.
At the moment, as already stated, you can’t press a single button and remove a (video) file. But when you finish viewing a video, you can press the home button (upper right on remote), scroll to settings, folders, go to your file, press the right navigation button (a grren circle will appear), then press options, and then you can copy, delete, etc. It will delete the file permanently, in seconds. I hope this helps.
Nearly anything that has to do with file management (moving, deleting, renaming, etc…) I do from my laptop. It’s pretty quick to network right to the drive/folder/file connected to the WDTV and make the changes there. I just find file management on the WDTV a pain.
