issue is as stated above in the title. we are unable to connect to our wd mycloud home nas through the webapp and our computer.
the NAS is connected directly to our router with an ethernet cable and is connected to a power outlet with the provided cable. it boots to a solid white light that stays even after turning it off and on again multiple times as suggested in Solid White LED on My Cloud Home and Never Blinks at Power On . attempting to recover debug logs as suggested in How to Collect My Cloud Home On-Device Debug Logs results in an “Unable to connect” error through both Firefox and curl.
we would highly appreciate any help we can get since we have been having issues connecting to our MyCloud home since we recently returned from a week-long trip overseas. please do not reply with links to the helpdesk articles as we have gone through then already and havent been able to get any results by following their instructions. thank you

Same issue here. My device was just updated to firmware 8.7.0-107. Shortly thereafter it started fast flashing. I unplugged and replugged. The light is now sold white but it shows offline. Unable to get the logs which tech support is requesting. In fact, I was told the device is fried.
