Itunes library

Deal all

I have searched the forums but cannot find a solution for my problem

I have a Mac Mini, A macbook and a Mac book on my home network

my main library is on my mac mini and i want the other machines to be able to see/access the itunes library… i have transferred my entire itunes library to the the MBL.

I am able to assign the location of the itunes library on my mac mini and ONLY one of the other machines to the the transferred libraries on the MBL… but i keep getting an error saying i do not have permissions.

I am unable to make any changes to the permissions to the files …

i have a user called daapd which has all the permissions and i am unable to change this.

Please help

Hi, if you transferred all of your music library to the shared music folder in the my book, go to the my book dashboard, click on setting/media and be sure that the check box for iTunes Server is selected.

The itunes library is in the shared folder and stilli am unable to access or change the permissions.

Any other help would be appreciated please

Thanks
