WD Legacy Products My Book Live

New to the world of Network Attached Storage and have been trying to set up my WD My Book Live as an itunes server.  Three questions I have,

a) None of the album artwork show’s in my ‘My Book Live’ library in itunes?

b) None of the videos on ‘My Book Live’ appear in my itunes library, how can I resolve this?

c) Do the videos have to be in a certain format for them to play through Twonky on my PS3?  They all show as corrupted files

a)  That’s correct.   iTunes doesn’t show artwork when getting content via an iTunes server.

b)  That’s correct.   Apple changed the VIDEO portion of iTunes streaming after iTunes version 1.03.

c)  Yes …  and they also have to be compatible with the receiving device.   But if they’re not supported, they won’t show up at all.
