JBOD Set up without reformatting hard disk

How to setup JBOD without reformatting hard disk ? It is asking to reformat by default.

if formatting is the default, this this is a piece of junk and just spent 300$ for this junk. 

Can someone please help ? i have 6TB of data across 3 disks and they are my treasure and i dont want to lose that becuase this junk is asking me to. 

Please help.

Hello and welcome to the WD Community.

Unfortunately, there’s no option that allows you to setup JBOD without formatting the drive. 

As a recommendation, take the data out of the drive and then setup the drive.
