Well I have given up and taken it back for a 2nd time (first one was dead) WD 2nd line support were supposed to call me but nothing and as much as i love there hard drives, if they promise to call and don’t it’s unforgivable.
I just want to say a huge thanks to everybody who tried to help me out i’m very grateful for replying to my post.
