Keeping WDMYCLOUD on the local network?

You only have to go through messages to see the drive has a problem staying on networks - it works for some but doesnt work for many others

I have a static IP, outside of my DHCP range, it’s set to exclusive on my router

what else can I do to stop it dropping off the network?

Id really like this unit to work but it’s driving me mad.
