I just discovered that firmware has been released. I have been really busy and yep I missed the boat the update. Although it would be nice if the firmware update actually installed instead of throwing up and error stating… Upgrade was not successful, (370006) I tried manually and directly but it throws up the same error.
And now I feel a right dork because it has just manually updated the firmware… That is very annoying, a popup window would have been nice saying.
WARNING
Your WD Cloud firmware is being updated, do not turn off the device whilst the firmware is updating.
Instead I got nothing… Although this is now resolved, a warning would have been nice. Maybe this can be added to the next firmware update.
