I started creating this theme for myself, I’m not a very good coder, but I’m a decent graphic designer, it’s what I do during the day anyway. Thought it’d share a few images for now, I’ve got the menu done (for beta 1), the rest will be done during the upcoming weeks.
it’s largely based on Joey’s Alaska theme, as I said I’m not the best coder at all, but I think I can work around that just with clean styles and eventually lead on the to the main theme.
Note that this is only 8 hours work, I’ve gone through most of the discarded designs and this is on the one I feel I like most, as well as the new concept that arose from this design.
Eventually when I get used to which files are which, I’ll develope the Beta 2, it’ll have moviesheets, but very subtle and modern. Just the backdrop poking through the ribbon on certain views.
Heres a slight preview of Beta 2 main menu. Obviously this was a rush job, to see if I could actually do it. Alot of work todo and a lot of changes. Hope you guys like
