Since the latest firmware update a few weeks ago. I have found my WD live Plus not retaining my network password and when I go to netflix its asking me to enter a device code on the internet. Its anoying to have to spend 10 minutes entering my WEP code and then have to go to my computer to enter a new device code for netflix. Anyone no what happened. I like the new internet apps but need my unit to remember setting. Any help?
Me too. In my case it’s sometimes failing upon power on to successfully connect to a Netgear ReadyNAS Duo media share. I can usually fix it by going to network settings and clearing the network login settings. But sometimes I also need to cycle the power before it will reconnect. Any advice welcome. This is particularly annoying to my wife when I am not at home and the kids want to watch something.
