Lost my Share Folders path, need to recover them. data still in place just need the names

I lost my Share Folders, but data is still intact. I need to recover the Share names to access the data.

So, I updated my My Cloud Mirror’s apps including Plex and DVBlink, and it deleted all the paths to my shares. I didn’t know what to do so I tried a system restore (without delete) seeing somewhere on the Internet that my Shares and data would remained intact. Well, that wasn’t the case. My shares were still gone along with user names and data. Now I’ve been trying to do things with PUTTY via SSH, but I’m getting nowhere. I’m not experienced with SSH at all. That said, I can see my new Shares there, but not the old ones, just the new ones. When I re-create a Share with any old with the same old name the data and structure remains intact. Trouble is I can’t remember all my old share names (or users) so I have a bunch of space that is being used and data that is lost.

ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRICATED!!!

Well, It took some time but I manged it. The commands (in bold) as I entered them via SSH with PUTTY appear below for anyone to reference should it be needed:

login as: root
root@192.168.1.101’s password:

BusyBox v1.20.2 (2014-10-30 15:26:14 CST) built-in shell (ash)
Enter ‘help’ for a list of built-in commands.

root@WDMyCloudMirror root # cd /mnt/HD/HD_a2/
root@WDMyCloudMirror HD_a2 # ls -alh

Success!!!

My old Shares and other useful information was then listed.

Edited for simplicity after I understood some commands and paths (slightly) better.
