Loud fan noise at certain time

About two months ago I started noticing that My Cloud Mirror 2 starts doing something at 2AM and emits loud fan noise. I haven’t changed any settings at around that time and now I’ve checked that Cloud access is turned off, Twonky rebuild is turned off, DLNA is ON and iTunes is turned off.
The only thing that I use the NAS is for backup (runs every two weeks or so, last time it was about two weeks ago) and Plex server for watching in the evenings (daily). I understand the fan noise while playing a 4k remux video.

I’ve changed the time on NAS to 12hours+ so now it’s doing it at 2PM, on the clock! How?

Nothing suspicious in the process list, and when this fan noise occurs no process is hogging CPU (in fact, CPU runs at around 10-15%).

I can’t find any setting that would disable this recurring NOISE.

Thank you Jonty.S for referring me to the support page, however I could not find the solution there.
As I’ve stated in the starting post, I’ve already had settings under answer ID 5080 turned off.
