MBL: How do I upgrade openvpn

I am on the latest firmware on MyBookLive.

OpenVPN 2.1.3 is very old and I would like to upgrade it to use TLS 1.2.

apt-get throws out errors towards the end.

Has someone managed to get a newer version of openVPN installed?

I haven’t seen any threads related to upgrading the OpenVPN here on the Community.
