MBL Warning Event# 1100 after safepoint backup created?

I received the following Warning event after the safepoint is created, and the backup looks fine with all the folder/data,

anyone ran into this?

Alert: There was an error creating your safepoint.

Event description:2 - There was an error creating your safepoint WDMBL_safepoint_10222012 on the E share drive

Severity: warn
Event code: 1100
any idea?

Hi, try doing a power cycle, check if you have the latest firmware update installed.

I am receiving the same message and I already power cycled and the firmware is up to date. What else can I do?
