While researching for another tissue, see separate post, I noted that there was a firmware update available. MCM has not downloaded it automatically, so tried manual update which failed, leaving red light. Rebooted and now back to blue light. Is there a general problem with firmware updates?
“MCM” do you mean My Cloud Mirror? If so there is a dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Mirror which is a different device than the single bay/single drive My Cloud which tends to the the main subject of the My Cloud subforum.
