Migration process? i don' need but begin to do it

don’t undersant whats mean.
I need to acces to muy information but i can`t.

mine has been doing this for about a week now. completely locked me out of my stuff and I have no idea when it will come back online.

the online help says do not turn off the device and to let it complete the process.

I have the same problem now. Any advice? Thx!

Mine started working yesterday evening (UK time) after roughly 24hrs. I raised the issue with WD. This is the response:

“Please note that this process can take up to 5 days, depending on the data complexity.
Rebooting the device causes the process to start over.”

Hope this is of some use. Not great and not particularly helpful if you need access to data immediately.
