Missing - Disappearing Files

Hello,
I have a My Cloud Home 6TB device with several shared folders.
Lately I’ve noticed that some files randomly disappear.
Example: On my personal storage I got a folder that is shared with another person.
In that folder there’s an excel file. I edit that file on Excel, save it and I check the shared folder and the file is nowhere to be found.
I have searched on the trash and cant find the file, just gone.

Is someone facing the same issue?
