Missing share folders after getting a new router

Hi, I just got a new router and when I set it up, my folders went missing.

I was able to create my “public” folder in the dashboard again and found the files in that folder again, but when I tried to do it with “Volume_1” (which is where all my backups are) it says that folder is reserved.

I see my folders are still there in Twonky under the sharing tab, and looking at how much space is used on my MyCloud, I know my files are still in there. I just can’t access them.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What device are you using to view your My Cloud with and what operating system? Have you tried a reboot of your My Cloud? A reboot of your router? What router do you have now?
