We’ve moved to a new office however cannot now access the dasboard and I have a feeling this is because the IP address has changed however not entirely sure how to go about fixing it other than flushing the DNS (MAC). I’ve also tried entering both the existing servername.local, as well as the new IP address.
It’s worth noting that since the move I have also added an ethernet switch to hard wire 3+ computers to the NAS as the wifi can be unreliable at times and since then I get the error message “Remote access disable (970)” when trying to connect remotely using the andriod app on phone.
EDIT: IPv4 Network settings in Dashboard are NOT set to static.
Any help would be very much apprecaited!
