Some of my larger Blu Ray/HD movie files will play perfectly and then switches as if I am fast forwarding the movie. Anyone have this issue… Drives me nuts because you think you have a good file, but cant stop the fastforward… Help please…
I have encountered the same issue, also when playing video_ts files you get the stuttering slow down and the picture goes blank and then starts playing again. This drives me insane, you would think it would play a dvd file just fine.
I have also experienced the same issues playing .TS files.
I’m having the same issues automatically fast forwarding as well. Tried different VIDEO_TS folders and they all fast forward for about a minute and resume normal play. Anyone have this resolved yet?

I had this problem with a number of my mkv files I had encoded, but that was a problem I fixed by upgrading to one of the nightly builds of Handbrake. All good now. All I did was re-encod my media. I suggest to re-encode the media, paying attention to the settings. My problem was the audio was encoded at 24fps while the video was at 29fps.
Additionally, it may be a good idea to post the mediainfo for the bad file so some of the other users might be able to help out with the problem.
It would also be useful to know whether you guys are using the Live or Live Plus, along with firmware versions.
As it stands, it’s almost impossible to make any suggestions.
