Hello, hopefully someone can help me here…
I own a My Book Live (3TB) which I use to stream my videos to either my Xbox, or my WD Wifi Media player…
Everything works great, however when using the Media player, it gives me a few different folder options to view my videos “All Videos” “by date”, “by folder”, “by year”, “personal rating”, “playlists”
however for some reason, the “by folder” begins to show up multiple times. The multiples are the same folder, regardless of which one I click, I go into the folder directory on my hard drive. This has happened to me in the past, and then the extra folders suddenly dissapear. It usually grows like a plague. First there will be one extra folder, then two, then four, then six and so on.
Looking at it again, I notice that I am now getting extra folders for “by year” and “personal rating” and “playlists”
I never use those folder options.
I thought this was an issue with the media player, but I have noticed this show up on my xbox when accessing the hard drive.
I have tried to figure out where these folders are locatd (if anywhere at all?). But I can’t… I’m not sure why they’re duplicating, or hwo to stop it… Anyone have any ideas?
