I’m using a my book essentail and windows 7 64 bit. I manually run a backup it shows a whole lot of yellow files remaining on my hard drive afterwards, suggesting they have not been backed up. Repeatign the backup does not help.
When I tried to check this by asking for aretrieve, it turns out it has only archived my photo fiels (which are stored in yearly folders) up to 2006, not up to 2013.
Am I missing something? Is there a setting that I should be changing to fix this? Is it a bug in the program?
