I have an older 2TB My Book HD with the LCD display. I want to change it but the smart ware app is missing and the new WD Utilities app wont do it. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks Rob

I contacted WD and sent me to a page to download a smart ware app but it did not contain any utility to access the LCD. I am still hoping one of you will help me out! Thanks
