I have an older My Book Live Duo 2TB. It appears the case has stopped working, I believe the Hard Drives are ok. I have tried everything I can think of to recover the data on the drives to include connecting to a friends computer as a second drive. The drive is appearing in the disk manager but NOT in the File Explorer, so I can not access the drives. I have read that the are encrypted to prevent this.
PLEASE HELP, I need the data on the drives…What do I do???
