My Book Live: No access despite password reset

Hi, I connected my book live directly to the LAN port, but have any access to the data. If I click on the button in the explorer, it forwards me to the login-page - a dead end street. Even with password reset it says: wrong password.

In advance a big sorry, if this problem already has been solved in another thread.

If the password reset does not work, I would recommend that you contact WD Support.
